The ONS-SA
Chapter meets on the third Thursday of each month with a general
business meeting and a continuing education program.
Registration begins at 6:00
PM with the meeting beginning at 6:30 followed
by a continuing education program typically lasting 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Reservations
are required for attendance at the Dinner Meetings. The reservations
must be made by the Tuesday preceding the scheduled meeting.
Reylin
Segura will be the point of contact for 2008. Reservations
should be made using the Dinner Meeting RSVP page of this WebSite.
She can be contacted at 210-363-6868 for those members unable
to use the RSVP Dinner Meeting page.
Currently
the costs are: $5.00 for members; and $10.00 for non-members.
Due
to new requirements placed on our Dinner Meeting sponsors by the
FDA, guests and spouses who are not
Healthcare Professionals, may be charged
$20-$25 to attend the ONS-SA Dinner Meetings.

NOTE:
Due to the chapter having had to pick-up the tab for reserved meals
recently, all non-attending members who placed reservations and
who do not cancel the reservation with Reylin Segura 24 hours before
the meeting, will be billed the cost of the meal.
NOTE:
Reservations are Required. We have had to turn away members and
guests who have shown up without reservations at locations where
the number of persons allowed in the room exceeded SAFD Fire Regulations.
In other cases, last minute arrivals with no reservation, have caused
interruptions to the program speaker and the meeting, due to restaurant
staff trying to add more tables and seating these persons. Those
attending without reservations may possibly not be admitted.
